  • Amazon Prime members that purchase items with the Buy with Prime badge get free shipping if purchase is completed using Amazon Prime account at checkout

Orders Placed on SteelMillandCo.com (not via Amazon Prime)

  • For orders placed while signed in to your account, sign in and visit your Order History to get tracking. 
  • We’re unable to change or cancel an order once it’s placed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please contact us at cs@SteelMillGIfts.com for any additional information.
  • Orders placed after 7 am CST on Friday will process the following Monday.
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
  • We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
  • UPS does not ship on weekends.
  • UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required.

Orders Placed on SteelMillandCo.com via Amazon Prime

  • Login via your Amazon Prime Account and Buy with Prime eligible items will be shipped out from Amazon Prime
  • Customer service will be provided by Amazon Prime for orders shipped via Amazon Prime.
  • To track your packages with Amazon Prime delivery, follow the instructions provided on your order confirmation email. You can also visit your Amazon Prime account to view and track your order.

RETURNS

  • To start a return for items fulfilled by SteelMillandCo.com, email cs@steelmillgifts.com.

Returns for orders fulfilled via SteelMillandCo.com

  • You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return request.
  • You cannot return or exchange items that were free gifts, promotional items with retail value, or marked as final sale.
  • A $5.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for return processing after we receive your return. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 3-5 business days to credit back to your requested form of payment.
  • All items should be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for returns delivered outside of the US - please contact cs@steelmillgifts.com for more information.

Returns for orders fulfilled via Amazon Prime

  • Items purchased with Buy with Prime can be returned within 30 days.
  • Buy with Prime items are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Visit your Amazon Prime account to start a return.
